WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BUILDING A FENCE

WHO CONTACTS UTILITIES?

It is our responsibility to have underground lines such as electric and gas marked before we begin any project that will require digging.

HOA(HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION)

It is the customers responsibility to submit the necessary paperwork to their HOA (Homeowner's Association) in order to acquire permission/permit to build a new and/or modify their fence as they may have certain requirements or restrictions.

DOES THE CUSTOMER NEED TO BE PRESENT ON PROJECT START DATE/END DATE?

Although it is not necessary, we do encourage our customers to be present in case they have any questions or concerns that they may need to address before or after the project is completed.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS WE TAKE?

We take all major credit cards, cash and checks.

DOES THE CUSTOMER NEED TO CLEAR FENCE LINE?

Although we do provide an extensive amount of services, we do limit the extent of fence line that we clear.  We will not remove large tree trunks, tree roots or large amounts of vine growth along the fence line(s).

WHAT TYPE OF WOOD IS BETTER, CEDAR OR PINE?

We always recommend cedar wood.  Cedar wood will last longer than treated pine wood.  The difference would be their durability against natural environmental conditions.  Cedar has a low risk of warping and shrinkage whereas pine is more prone to it.
